Maturation done carefully lets accentuate the taste of different types of pepper that cover: intensity defined, buttery texture but always closed with the addition of a long, spicy aftertaste.
Ideal for: Cheese Curve view, considering a higher intensity in the taste of it and combining it with any meat or eat it with a large reserve of Merlot or long aging.
In the kitchen: Cheese Curve view, considering that texture takes less moisture, thus é harder to melt or grill.
