The smell is wet forest, and his mouth entry point appears low acidity, accompanied by notes of hay, and a final nut oil.
The aftertaste is bitter, smooth, with a persistence that varies according to the time of maturity and smoothness of the paste.
Ideal for: food accompanied by fresh fruit like peaches or nectarines, walnuts or macadamia nuts and wines paired with short aging, poor little astringency and acidity, being ideal wood from white to black Merlot and Syrah. Serve 22ºC.
In the kitchen: grill vegetables, salad with warm goat cheese, risottos, sauces and cheese melted over medium hot or toast a slice of hot meat.
