Grape Source: Our vineyards in Finca Baldus TM Santa Fe del Penedès.
Cupage: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello.
Harvest: September 2010
Prepared for obtaining soft Pressed flower must.
Fermentation: 18 days at 17 º
2nd Fermentation: In bottle and constant temperature of 16 º.
Ageing: 24 to 36 months.
Issue: With a minimum of characteristic liquor issue.
Alcohol: 11.8% vol.


RECOMMENDATIONS

Storage: cool and dry place
Serving temperature: 6 to 8 degrees.
Meals: Meals, desserts and desktops.

Pale yellow with faint green hues.
Fine bubble detachment.
Intense and fresh flavor with hints of nuts.
